[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Stop my Outgoing Service without any reason.

Dear Idea,

As I found that you have disconnect my outgoing service after pay bill.
Due to this Disgusting thing I lost ₹9, 000 INR from my own.
Even I visited the My Idea shop that time the concern person also denied to Help me to start the services on the bases of my Bank statement.After the discussion with appellate Authority he ask to start the services.
I requested so many times at night of 2oth, March regarding my bill payment but your any concern persons are not ready to accept my request.
They harassed me mentally lot.
Kindly do the needful on my mental and financial loss due to your third class service.
find the transaction detail in my attached bank statement of INR 322.36/-.

As discussed Kindly Justify below Topics:

1. why Idea continued my Outgoing Service till 21st March? (If it's 29 days validity.Provide me the snapshot)
(On which date my sim category changed? Kindly provide me the snapshot )

2. what is the Barring Period? (when its Barred due to Non payment, How Many Days from The Bill Generate Date)?

(why your executives provide me wrong information? And who is responsible for giving me wrong information? Kindly justify)

3. Is your customer care executive executive officer is not authorize to deactivate baring service on the bases of My Transaction Detail?

(As Komal told me that he is not authorised to deactivate number, and you are telling me that he is authorised, why she is going to misguide me? Kindly justify )

4. Is your My Idea Showroom Not authorize to deactivate baring service on the bases of My Transaction Detail?

5. Please provide me the snapshot of my transaction detail that which portal through i payed My Bill.

Arrange callback on priority base.
As I'm unable to contact appellate authority.

As discussed where is the barring sim category date ???
There is 29 days limit for barring, this month my number was barred on 27th day.
Kindly justify.

And no doubt I have received call from senior person but he told me that he will reply all the detail on mail.but still I haven't received mail.
Arrange callback please.

Still mentioned Points response still in pending as the Idea Officer replied me that he will provide me whole detail on my email ID.

Call details require validation of your details. Thus, we request you to contact customer care by dialing 12345 from your Idea mobile or write to email desk at [email protected]. If your email ID is registered with us, you may also send SMS as Ebill<space>first 3 alphabets of the month for which Prepaid invoice is required to 12345 and the soft copy of invoice will be sent on your registered email ID free of cost. To update your email ID please send SMS as EMAILID<space>Email address to 12345.
