[Resolved] Idea Cellular — tariff change without customer request | |||
Hello Team, My idea number is [protected]. This is to inform you that Idea cellular playing with customers money. Without taking any requests from customer they changed the plan to 299 nirvana plan. I don't have thta much usage then why should I continue with the new plan by paying higher amount. When I asked them they not giving satisfactory answer to me. TRAI please look into this, if you come across about such complaints for IDEA cellular. This is way of earning money. When I am calling to customer care even that also not connecting to executive, a simple line say call on 121 for further details. When I called on 121 their also no executive is connected, you will roam on IVR here n there. IDEA I really appreciate for your pathetic service towards customer. You just want money. Also get FREE 1 year subscription of Idea Movies & TV + Idea Rewards. We value your association & offer a special rental discount of Rs 50 for first 6 months.
