My mom using idea number [protected] has been recharged the number on 25 November 2021, by the 149rs. Unlimited pack which was for 21 days and today on 16 December 2021 they are again telling to recharge the number. I'm trying to contact your customers care but they are only using key options but I want to spoke to your customers care executive soo kindly give mee a call on my number . Or else I'm going to port my card to other networks.
