[Resolved] Idea Cellular — threatening calls to my friends

Hello, My name is uday kiran. S. My registered mobile number is [protected], i wasn't using the number for last 5 months due to some issues and didn't pay the bill as well. Surprisingly, today most of my relatives, friends and colleagues have received calls from a lady saying that bill needs to be paid in an hour or else i'll be dragged to the court. And the way she spoke was very rude and she even used vulgar words. I'll pay the bill but this is not the way to ask right? If the company wants to file a case against me i'd be happily attend that. My point is, how my call log was shared with someone outside of your company? That's my privacy issue. You have no right to call and threaten my friends regarding my bill payment. I need an answer for this immediately. I'll also approach court and proceed legally. P. S: this is the number i've been receiving calls from :+[protected] - uday kiran Was this information helpful? As per our record, your mentioned number has been permanently disconnected due to non payment. Hence, we request you to clear all your dues to avoid the inconvenience. Also, kindly provide us the customer care executive name & number from which you've received the call to assist you further. She almost called 25 of my friends and relatives and used vulgar language. I'll clear the bills, but what about my loss? Who gave you the authority to call steal my call data and call my relatives and friends for my bill payment? It would have been better if you had sent me legal notices rather than these calls.
