Idea Cellular — unable to make/receive calls

Please help, purchase the idea cellular sim in postpaid but still my problem is not resolved.
Two times register the complain to call center and idea store but my problem is not resolved.
Unable to make/receive calls from my number - [protected].
There is no response from their service executive also. My billing is charging and if not paid the services are stop.
