Idea Cellular — unauthorised deduction of rs.1/- per day-one97 | |
Dear sir, To my utter surprise, i note that on 01 december 2019 and 04 december 2019 (@ rs.1/- per day) was deducted from idea sim card [protected] with the reason "for downloading sports from one97". This information was communicated to me through sms by vz-ideacms. But i have never downloaded any app on these days as stated by the deductor. Please rectify the error and reverse the wrong debit made by you and ensure no such unauthorized debits be made into my account. Was this information helpful? | |
