I received a msg "Dear Customer, You have been charged Rs. 8.00 and your current balance is 255.47" from jammu and kashmir bank(main branch). I have no VAS. My mobile number is [protected]. In the last 6 months I have made calls worth Rs 25 at max and my balance has reduced from 550 Rs to 250. This company should be fined severely
