This is regarding mobile no. [protected], the bill generated on 22oct 2018 shows international roaming plan of rs.1199 and international roaming rental plan of rs.149 being activated without consent. When we inquired about international roaming on 24th sep 2018, then their customer care representative told us that plan cannot be activated as it requires security deposit amounting to rs.3000 which was refundable and he refused to activate the plan. But now after bill was generated on 22nd oct to our amazement the international roaming plan was activated even though we were not aware about it n it was not even used. Firstly when we wanted to activate the plan then the representatives completely denied and we were forced to buy international sim card from airport and now they are making lame excuses that when u requested 2-3 times then they might have activated. Now after writing to them they are refusing to refund the amount n denied sharing audio recording of the representative who refused to activate it. We hereby attach the copy of bill in which all details are there and it clearly shows that international roaming service was not used even once. Kindly look into the matter asap.

Thanks for resolving issue but it was really a cumbersome process hv to write so many mails n complaints to customer care...but still ends well all is well.
