[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Unfair billing based on prorated overage charges

Hi, After changing my Idea cellular plan mid billing cycle, Idea has charged my previous usage based on prorated overage charges without any notice or any form of communication. I have all the emails and communications saved. They keep closing my complaint request without any solution. I find this a malpractice. And violation of right to information.
