[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unfair billing for internet usage | |
I have 4g internet (Rs. 349 per month) plan activated since 2-3 months and from last 5 days i am being charged for internet usage (Unbilled amount showing). I am not exceeding daily data limit. Have called customer care for 7-8 times. One lady told me i did not have the rs. 350 plan activated in the first place. I insisted her to check again and she said that i did have it. They ask me to call 1925 and speak with customer care executive for internet related issues. Have called 1925 for 7-8 and nobody answers the call, just the # 'idea 4g pe india hua hook' plays on and on. Highly irresponsible and incompetent service. Customer care people are being paid to say 'switch off phone, remove and reinsert sim card, restart phone' or 'call 1925 and speak with relevant person. Absolutely # service. Anybody reading this, i suggest you don't go for idea. You will be frustrated too. Was this information helpful? | |
