[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unnecessary deduction due to vas service

Yesterday when i was using the internet a value added service called shooting stars got activated, i request you to please stop that service and refund me my deducted amount for the same. The amount deducted was 5 rupees. Also, i have registered few more complaints before but still they aren't resolved. Please help... It is happening often. Expecting your reply!
