Description of the incident: I have a number of Idea ([protected]). I have not make any calls/SMS and received any calls from that number for last four to five months. Two months back on 08.02.17 i received an email of final demand letter for overdue amount and received numerous calls from idea representatives. on 11.02.17 i received a call from a customer care executive from idea and i requested him to send a representative at my place for collecting my due amount and disconnect my connection but instead of being helped i was threatened by that executive.
on that day i mailed to Idea about my experience and request to close my connection.
after payment of my bill i have not make a single call/SMS from those numbers. today i received another call from [protected] on my alternate number-[protected] for payment of 510 against my number. as i am outstation at the moment i asked him to send somebody tomorrow but he told me either i pay my bills today or he will send this to legal section. as i am not able to present at my place today i asked him to transfer it to legal section at that time he addressed me with slang and after that he is not picking my calls.
