I was using the idea Vodafone connection since 12 years and everything was working fine. BUT on Jan 13th 2022, the Internet speed is reduced to 2G and no signals anymore. I called customer service and also confirmed I am in excellent network coverage area.
NOTE: I am living in the same house since many years, my never experience this 2G speed issue. Both my idea Vodafone numbers stopped receivin 4g since last week only, and speed is now only 2G . Some issues happened within the Vodafone tower in my area and customer care does not want to help.
In spite of multiple follow ups, Vodafone could not give me a answer or reslove my issue. I recently recharged my phone for 1 year, I need refund of my amount (1790 rupees) so I can cancel and switch on to a different network.
See message from Vodafone below and also from Vi App diagnostics, it is showing 2G only in excellent coverage area.!!!
