[Resolved] Idea Cellular — what should I do now. I got cheated by idea because of their fake billing

Am having an problem regarding an wrong billing values given by idea postpaid telecom
Actually on 14th of november 2017
I leagally went through a process of changing my phone company to idea to aircel with the same postpaid number it took 7days for them to activate the aircel sim with the same number
I have paid all the bills of my idea and was not having any dealing with them since i closed the account and that idea sim was diactivated on 17th november night itself.
Later on 23rd of november the aircel sim go got activated and it was all going fine
Later on 23rd of december i got an email from idea postpaid that i need to pay the bill amount of 568rs which i haven't used, can you understand?? They too the 30days of from 23rd of nov to 23rd of december
Why should i pay tht money??
I haven't used the sim and the sim is diactivated and nothing to use with tht sim card
And why idea as billed is the wrong value
Like this i questioned the coustemer care though call and they said you need to pay the bill
But there is nothing wrong with me
I haven't paid the bill yet
I was keeping on think with this and that idea as keeping one calling me and my wife and speaking harshly which was not correct
Am not going to pay the bill until i get the justice
Why is this idea doing like this??
I think you guys are the right person who can help me in this situation
I need justice

For which you've been charged accordingly for plan rental and 18% G.S.T. Hence, we request you to kindly clear your dues to avoid the inconvenience. Also, we request you to provide the complete details of the customer care executive name & number from where you've received the call.
