I have been a regular customer of idea since 2013, depositing all my bills in time, as i was provided satisfactory services by idea, but all changed from september 2017, i was charged extra for data usage, provided i asked many times your customer executives to change by bill plan to 1 gb per day. They also assured me that my bill plan has been changed so i can used the data as per that. All sr generated are attached herewith.
Explaining full scenario, i asked to change my bill plan on 27th september, believing that your customer executive have i used net accordingly but in between october i got the message that my data limit has been over. I again called their customer service for the discrepency. I was again assured that now from next month it will be changed but again mid of november i got the same message. I called their csr and told them about my problem, again assured that my problem will be solved as problem was from their side. But on 27th nov my outgoing calls were disbarred bcoz of no payment for last two months.
I called their customer service, 3 to 4 times a day from 27th november, many sr were generated as attached herewith but the problem persists.
On 5th finally when their customer executive told me that no sr has been generated against this number, i was appalled and decided to visit idea office here, they advised me to write a mail to idea office and assured me that i should pay my bill for october, that i did as a loyal customer and my november bill, as it was idea customer service mistake will be waived off.
Nothing has been done ever since and they are still showing the due bill, not even having the courtesy to inform me or do anything. Was this information helpful? |
