[Resolved] Idea Cellular — wrong charges due to problem in my idea app

I am having idea postpaid connection and using my idea app to see my charges. Now i have been charged about 400rs for internet.in myidra app its showing that my data remaining balance is 2.7gb. Now they have stop my internet services asaying i have overused the internet. I said that it should show in your app. Its not my mistake that i used more internet. I checked everyday and know how much data is remaining. Hence i want refund.in image you can see there is unbilled charge which is for extra internet used and data remaining balance is still showing 2.76gb remaining.
