Idea Cellular — Wrong information provided by idea customer care executive | |||||
I was mentioned by one of idea customer care executive on call as well as in Retail shop that the International Incoming calls are free on paying 3000Rs and I had paid for the same on April 07th in Mysore city(Near Surya Bakery) before travelling to the US. I used incoming for 2 days and I got the message saying that I will be charged 270Rs/Min for incoming calls then my service was completely blocked. When I returned to India I got back phone service along with that I received a bill of 14728/- R.s for the incoming of 2 days which was mentioned to be free by your Customer Care Executive. It was your Customer Care Executive’s mistake that they have cheated us giving the wrong information on recharge of 3000 R.s the service will be free. They were not clear on what they were saying so i requested to Check the recordings of 5th /6th April from your side to my number [protected](You can hear how they were responding to customers, don’t even understand English properly, cut my call once) regarding the discussion.then after one day I got a call from idea team(No-[protected]) on 8th of May, she told me if I have paid 3000rs my international incoming charges should be free. After this information My all calls are barred and they didn't even respond back to me again. This is the worst experience i have ever had. At least they should hire people who knows proper English for customer care support. They have the dumbest executives i have ever seen. Was this information helpful? | |||||
