[Resolved] Idea Cellular — wrong recharge no provision for reversal or balance

I have recharged wrongly with recharge of Rs.141
Which has been wrongly recharged for dialertone services.. without my knowledge..I called customer care, they said it can't be reversed & you can use it only for unlimited dialer tone.

I want my recharge to be credited in the form o[censored]sable balance & talktime.

Please do the needful & resolve this wrongly done recharge.
