My Acn no is[protected]. I have been charged Rs.1600/- for the service which I have not ordered/used. These services activated on my number WITHOUT MY SECOND CONSENT. And Rs. 150/- for unwanted subscription. I have been charged total Rs.1750/- wrongly. I have done cross check with your customer service executive + Team Leader + Floor Manager and they all informed me that the charges reflecting in my bill are imposed without my order. I was also informed with the solution to reversal of Rs.500/- from my wrongly charged rs.1750/- . When I asked complete reversal of wrong charged, customer care said that they can only reverse Rs.500/- as per authority.
I have provided with confirmation that there is no second consent is available in their record for activated services. Also they failed to provide the reason for billing the services which are not owned by them. If those services are not own by IDEA then how IDEA can ask me for the payment for those services??
Also I have not received any verbal or written communication like CALL / E-MAIL / USSD CODE / FAX / SMS asking my confirmation to activate such services.
For this query I have already emailed to Customer Care, but in response they stated that charges have to be pay by my side but they also have not provided me the details on the charges and second consent.
