[Resolved] Idea Money — bill

Idea provide me 400minute extra for 3bill cycle on 2nd Feb. Of my both numbers [protected]/[protected] and second, my bill plan is 7th to 7th of every month. But they posted Rs.80/ local call charges on my number [protected] even my 400minute were not completed.
Now, they posted local call charges on my number [protected] from 17th Feb. Onwards by saying you overused your 500min but actually they give 400minute to me.
Now, they are using rude languages and unable to rectify my bill.
Strict action on Idea.

However, we would like to inform you that the waiver has been passed for both the numbers from our end as a goodwill gesture towards your usage and the same is reflecting in your March 2018 month bill. Also, we request you to provide us the customer care executive name & number to assist you further.
