[Resolved]  Idea — Money deduction

Hai since long back iam an idea customer. I didn't activated any entertainment packages still money is getting deducted for sending some jokes some shayiries without my knowledge.
When approached customer care they say they're no package active on my account.
Still money is getting deducted.
This is unfair.
Please fix my problem
