Idea Money — fraud call

Hi my name is ravikiran
I got a call from a lady on 26th july 2017 between 6:30 pm to 7 pm.
She said that she is calling from sbi group, you got reward points and said that, we will transfer reward cash to your account, she took my sbh atm card no, cvv and otp.. By saying that it is verification code and transferred money from my account to her idea money account.

Her number is: [protected] (I think this one also, her idea money account number)

Transaction id's are othpg 691794 rs.4992.00

Othpg 690818 rs. 4992.00

As per sbi rule idea money should not accept the money transfers from sbi (Now i am sbi customer becoz sbh merged into sbi now)

I have given complaint in cyber crime eventhough plz take action from your side.

Plz, refund my money from idea money.
