Respected sir I as a customer of Idea Kerala. I am unable to use this sim due to non availability of 2g 4g coverage in indoor.i am getting coverage from Manakunnam 682307
I am staying and using in Mulanthuruthy 682314.My nearest tower located in Pallithazham Mulanthuruthy. But idea not giving coverage from their.i had requested idea to provide coverage from Mulanthuruthy. But the Big Cheater not ready to provide coverage from their.Due to this I am unable to make calls unable to use data also sir
Idea cheated us very cruelly .only for money.i can't call an Ambulance also in an emergency situation. Please note this sir.due to non availability of network coverage.
Please take necessary action against idea sir.
