[Resolved] Idea — Wrong number activation with my id proof | |||
I beg to say that my id proof misuse for idea company. Without my information and verification. Today i've put postpaid idea sim card in my smart phone then firstly called to idea customer care number for verification. I told her please activated my idea postpaid sim card then he (Idea executive) told me sim is already activated you haven't paid your postpaid bill 7060. So you will not able to doing any call so please paid your pending bill. Then i shocked because today i've put my idea sim card today and not haven't any call how can i got postpaid bill how can i possible. I asked to idea executive who is using sim with my id then he told me 4 cug no. Is using and he (Idea executive) has given no. 1. [protected] 2. [protected] 3. [protected] 4. [protected] I've called to all number but 3 contact is switch off and 4th no. Is working so i told him i have called to idea and i asked his information then he told me his name dinesh kumar gupta add choti chopar jaipur then i asked you are using idea postpaid sim he told me no, i'm not using idea postpaid sim i'm using idea prepaid sim so you have used idea postpaid sim in you life he told me yes, i've used idea postpaid sim that after i told his why have you changed idea postpaid he told me once time i've got more bill then i've not paid bill and changed sim card in prepaid i'm using sim card for last 18th months then i've shared all matter mr. Dinesh After this processing i've went to idea store and store employees not solved my any quarry i'm not sacrificed with idea she (Store employees) told me write a application and submit here then i done I want to do consumer case with idea company i request you please helm me you will be given best solution for me regarding this issue Was this information helpful? | |||
