Ideamoney — Money deducted from Debit card to Idea Money using Fraud | |||
IDEAMONEY fraud Transaction calls I got fraud call on 18/1/17 saying my ICICI debit card reward points got expired and you can opt for cash back amount of 4765 rs. Caller asked me to provide debit card number to get amount back. Initially I denied sharing personal details. But after some discussion I agreed to share my Debit card nos and OTP. Amount got deducted from my account instantly twice and was transferred to IDeaMoney vide transaction numbers VIN/IDEAMONEY /[protected]/0 and VIN/IDEAMONEY /[protected]. When asked to the bank, they replied saying we will check and it will be credited back to your account within 1 week. After 1 week, they sent me a SMS saying my request is denied. I don't have Idea Number, neither do I use IdeaMoney myself. The fraudsters had used their ideamoney wallet to transfer money from my ICICI bank debit card using the transaction reference numbers VIN/IDEAMONEY /[protected]/0 and VIN/IDEAMONEY /[protected].
Same incident had happened to me.
My money got transferred to IDEA Money..
You are cheaters and fraud IDEA Money.
How can a big merchant like you cant manage such things.
Give back all o[censored]s our hard earned money.
I doubt you too have your share in these all transactions

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I received a call through Vodafone no. +91 [protected] from an unknown caller stating herself as Naina Singh an employee of SBI Cards Payback Department, Mumbai with Employee ID no. 301994., around 2:50 PM on 22.03.2017.
I was fraudulently posed to share IVR received on my cell phone and a transaction of INR 4800 was made using my credit card bearing credit card no. [protected].
The transaction was made towards IDEAMONEY and payment transaction was made at Idea Cell – Bill desk (Data as received through email alerts.) around 3:00 PM on 22.03.2017
As I was alerted for this transaction through email and SMS, I discontinued the call and blocked the card by requesting SBI Customer Care.
I want to notify that this transaction was not made/authorized by me, and shall be reverted at the earliest. And the money shall be chargedback.
Kindly exhibit your co-operation in resolving this issue.
Attached herewith is letter authorized by Police Dept. against FIR.
Kindly Co-operate, failing which i will be registering a case with consumer forum against IDEA MONEY / IDEA CELLULAR.

I got fraud call from SBI main branch and when i shared the details message was displayed this {online purchase of Rs: 25000/- at IDEAMONEY thru State bank debit card.
I got a call from stranger (named ANJANA MEHRA) and she told that they are calling from SBI debit card department phone number – ([protected]) i have received message from ([protected]) .
They told that because of I have not redeem my reward points of debit card, they can send money RS 10000 to my Account .
Smartly they have taken my card detail and did transaction .
I am giving transaction detail below –

I got a call from stranger (named Mohit) and he told that they are calling from hdfc credit card department / payindia phone number – ([protected]) .
They told that because of I have not redeem my reward points of credit card, they can send money RS 4675 to my any other debit card .
Smartly they have taken my card detail and did transaction .
I am giving transaction detail below –
