On Thrusday (03 Nov 2022), I went to Teynampet IDFC First Loan office, that Loan settlement person is not available for more than two hours. After that person said Manager is not avaiable for process. Then why IDFC people asked me to wait for two hours. - This is first case.
Later after two hours Mr. Felix called me over phone and asked me about the settlement process and started on same day.
Today 05-Nov-2022, Collection agent Name not told ([protected]) went to my home for Bike Recovery.. Later he called my Reference Number for multiple times. (Why did he called my Reference when he went to my home)
What is the necessity to call my reference that much times? You go and collect money from them. Why should I pay?
I need clarification from Senior Management of IDFC FIRST BANK LOANS, until i wont do the payment. You Just call the reference and appologise for the same. or send me APOLOGY LETTER.
Also he called me for more than 4 times.
Already I have filed complaints above them for collection. Did they follow RBI rules or Bank Insist to override rules and regulatins.
Simply not acceptable at chance,
