My credit card ending with 7027 has been Temporarily Blocked without notifying me. Also I am unable to connect to customer service through phone calls.
Kindly let me know why my credit card has been temporarily blocked and when it will be opened.
Please tell the customer adequate information before harassing them.

Updated by Souptik pal They give me mislenious reason that I have some loan but I don't have any loan I only have personal loan which I pay regularly basis.
