IDFC Bank — Donkey service | |
In this Bank only the system works with diligence to produce ticket number which will be never attended by anyone and unilaterallyt closed forever without any resolution to the Client. I have savings account with this Bank jointly with my Husband Customer ID [protected]. An IPO for Indigo was subscribed and UPI was used to Hold Funds. The first trial to hold funds through UPI App failed and I authorised to hold funds in another Bank ICICI toi hold Funds. After the closure of IPO and no allotment my fund was released in ICICI bank. But surprisingly I noted there is Hold in IDFCFirst Bank and raised a dispute with them. I found the Service from this bank is extremely poor since you will get only ticket numbers to whomever you write including the CEO mail. Talking to customer care will make you give identity proof like name, mothers name etc. But you service request will remain unresolved. Normally for every call 24 or 48 working Hours will be given but who is there to work for such unique Issues never heard in the History of IPO in the world. I.e Two Hold for one IPO not known to any system like NPCI.
