IDFC Fast tag customer care[protected] is only available from 9:30 AM to 6 PM IST. I had to travel from Bangalore to Goa on 30th Sep at 10 PM. I tried to login to my IDFC account at 8 PM on 30th Sep to recharge fasttag, but it gave me an error message that "Sign-in failed:user account has expired". There was not option to reinstate my account so I called[protected] but not body picked the phone, then called IDFC regular cust care number [protected] and they told me that the fasttag cust care is available only between 9:30 AM to 6:00 IST. I have 3 options now
(1) Cancel my trip
(2) Pay double amount at toll gates as i am not able to recharge my account as IDFC is not available to support me
(3) Get a new fasttag from another bank from a nearby toll gate.
Requesting you to not opt for IDFC fasttag. the service will be horrible.
