[Resolved] IDFC Bank — idfc fastag blacklisted for my truck | |||
I'm from chennai and got a tag from a dealer at the local toll plaza, i wanted paytm but he told idfc tags are good. He told me to download boss app and do the verification and gave me the tag. After verification in boss app still the idfc tag shows blacklisted. I contacted the dealer he keeps on telling that it is in process. I bought a fastag through highway delite app, which is linked to IDF Bank.and IDFC bank deducted extra amount from my account, , I called the Helpline number and even mailed them but did not get any response from Helpline..
