[Resolved] IDFC Bank — instacred amazon vouchers pending to be received

I purchased idfc instacred amazon vouchers but i did not received the voucher i purchased for rs. 50, 000 days ago. But i got the new loan welcome letter with all the loan details and deductions. There is no any customer care number and helpline for help from instacred customer care number. How can i contact your customer care please tell us. If money gets debited from my account then who is to be blamed. Kindly look into this and solve it asap.
My loan agreement number is consumer durable loan
