[Resolved] IDFC Bank — instacred is not cancelling loan despite of merchant myntra has confirmed refund | |
Hi team, I purchased product from myntra of 5798 on 20th march. However because of some unforeseen situations i canceled the same and myntra has confirmed that they have issued refund already. However i did not get any confirmation on this. This is cheating and bluff with customer trust. Due to this my partner bank hdfc has not canceled the emi and also deducted first emi from my account. Would request you to take immediate action on cancelling the loan. I am posting thus complaint to consumer forum as well for this harassment As i bought two products so myntra cancelled and refunded amount in two parts. 2646.68 (2nd product) + 3150.99 (1st product) = 5797.67 (Total loan) Was this information helpful? | |
