[Resolved] IDFC Bank — my loans close but any application online active

My idfc first bank auto loans close before 2month ago. But banks said close
But i checked online they active that effect my cibil report.
I complent bank but no answer.
So can you help me
Sir mene kinte complent ki fir bhi koy answer nahi deta. Idfc me mery loans close huy be 2 months ho gaya hai but online cheke karta hu na wo active batata hai uski effect mery cibil report pe parta hai
