IDFC Bank — Non redemption of payment

I am having IDFC Tranch 2 Bond - IDE 0177346 and matured in March 2022. There is mistake in Account number so I have to Returned it to KFIntech - Hyderabad. They confirmed receipt of documents on 8th April 2022. They verified my account transferring Rs 1 in my account on 24th April 2022. Since then I am following up for payment and NO RESPONSE FROM KFINTECH. Even there is no escalation process and have to wait on customer care representative. Even they have auto reply emails and no one is bothering to respond with proper details. No SENIOR person is calling back after repetative complaint. I think IDFC made a mistake on selecting KFintech as parter for the same.
