[Resolved] IDFC Bank — not receive the welcome kit | |||||
Hi team, I have opened my online account on 22nd august 2017 with the help of your customer over the phone and i did it successfully. And after that i received a message the "thank you choosing idfc bank soon you will receive your welcome kit". But till now i have not receive any call from bank nor i received any call for confirmation. If this things happen on very first day of opening the account god knows what will happen in future if i make any relation with bank (Idfc). Please check it from your end or cancelled my accountancy.
