Hi have applied for personal loan in idfc bank Through representative [protected]/[protected]named puja She told me they will give me loan at 11.49 % interest rate I submitted all documents required for personal loan She promised to finish all process in 4 days But after 3 days when she didn't reply I called her 7 8 time but she didn't received my call so i message her but she didn't reply so After irritation i messaged her that if she didn't login my file so please don't login So only after this message she replied as ok So it is very careless behaviour towards constomer Was this information helpful? | |
