[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — personal loan representative bad behaviour

Hi have applied for personal loan in idfc bank
Through representative [protected]/[protected]named puja
She told me they will give me loan at 11.49 % interest rate
I submitted all documents required for personal loan
She promised to finish all process in 4 days
But after 3 days when she didn't reply
I called her 7 8 time but she didn't received my call so i message her but she didn't reply so
After irritation i messaged her that if she didn't login my file so please don't login
So only after this message she replied as ok

So it is very careless behaviour towards constomer
