IDFC Bank — Showing already cancelled Personal Loan in my cibil report

Address:bijapur, Indore

I got pre approved offer from IDFC first bank. Personal loan got sanctioned but due to some problem associated with my account, this loan got cancelled just after 20-25 days of sanctioned. As the loan got cancelled but still it is showing in my cibil report which is creating problem for me un necessarily. Please help ASAP
