[Resolved] IDFC Bank — voucher not delivered | |||
I purchased amazon vouchers for 30, 000 from idfc first through instacred on 10th may and it was to be delivered in 3 business day. It’s 10 days now and haven’t received the vouchers. Customer support at idfc first asks me to write an email to [protected]@flexmoney.in from which i got a scripted replies every time string the transaction is on hold with no reason for it even after asking for one. I am calling and writing to them every but they never help. Was this information helpful? | |||
