[Resolved] IDFC First Bank — ecs deduction after 1.5 years of loan completion | |||
I was having a loan from capital first, now known as idfc first bank. The loan got closed on jan 2018, i have mail from them with end date. Everything was smooth until they deducted 1500 in july 2019 in name of ecs. I am shocked why did they had to deduct ecs after 1.5 years of loan being completed. This is not acceptable. If you had any outstanding you should have deducted it before, there was no need for waiting 1 year. When i raised this, they promised me to refund but later asked me to pay 1600 and then only they will refund me 1150. Does it make sense? No, not at all. Was this information helpful? | |||
