I booked my IELTS exam using IDP Website today. I filled up the form and made a transaction. Their website showed transaction failed but I haven't been registered. Since the, I tried calling and emailing them about this issue but they aren't responding well and they told me that there isn't any registration made under my name. 14700 rupees have been credited to their bank account and I don't how I will get my money back. Please help me and forward this to everyone to show that IDP is a scam company.
