Idp Ielts — I did not receive any information about my test details which will be on august 3 rd 2017

Respected sir, my name is arsha antu, i have registered my ielts exam on august 3, 2017, kochi, academic. But i didn't get any mail and sms regarding my test. I have booked through an agency so i didn't know my reference number. My passport number is l8748585.
