I gave my IELTS exam on last Saturday (13th May, 2017). The quality of the entire managing process was very poor. They took a lot of time during the registration, told us to report sharp at 11:15 and shared that it would go on till 11:45, but it went on till 1pm, which in return wasted a lot of time.
Mainly- when we were taken to the examination hall, I was given the second last seat in the corner most row where the AC was extremely cold. It wasn’t just me but more than 30 students kept requesting the in charge person there to increase the temperature of the AC, they said it would be done but it didn’t happen. They switched off the AC for 20 minutes and suddenly switched it on for the remaining two hours of the test. It was pinching cold and very distracting for all the students. We were not able to properly concentrate for our exam.
It was a huge disappointment for us, since we paid a huge amount of money for this exam!
