Idp Ielts — miscommunication for speaking slot | |||||
I was being said that i will be receiving a confirmation mail and a text message notification regarding the confirmation of my speaking slot as the speaking slot window was not available on the day i have booked the ielts test (6th october, 2018) However, no such information was delivered to me (Neither on mail nor sms) when the same was uploaded on the portal. I was out of the city and was making sure to check mails and message alerts in every few minutes. Moreover, i was not informed by any executive that the information has been uploaded on the portal, leave aside the email or sms. It was today (I. E 4th october 2018) when i just called by myself to reconfirm my speaking slot status i was informed that it was due today and i have missed the same. This is clear case of miscommunication.
