Idp Ielts — money deducted while registering but no acknowledgement received | |||
I have made payment for the ielts test today (19/5/2020) using the net banking service by razorpay available on the idp website. Now the 14000/- rs have been deducted from my account but i haven't received any registration acknowledgment from idp. However, i have received the payment confirmation from razorpay. I called up their customer care regarding my concern they said to wait for 10 days incase payment is not successful it will be credited to my bank account which doesn't seem to be plausible enough for me as the exam date i was looking for will be gone by then and i don't want to risk another 14k for new registration till the time this case is resolved. Attaching screenshots of the payment confirmation emails received from razorpay. I would like to have clarity on my registration status asap and refund if i have to register again.
