Idp Ielts — payment debited but slot confirmation is not received

I booked a slot for 2nd march 2019 generale training module from nagpur location. And payment is made through https://www.tpsl-india.in/PaymentGateway/PaymentGatewayHdfcNetBankReturnEBS.jsp

The amount 12650 rupees deducted and i haven't received any confirmation yet, i tried to contact idp through mails trice but didn't get any response. Kindly help me to get my money back from idp.
