Idp Ielts — Registration not completed but money was deducted

I booked the test on date 2nd Dec 2020 for Thane location for date - 18th Jan 2021. For which money has been deducted from my account and in last step of registration process the system has thrown an error . When I enquired in my bank they said that Rs 14000 has been transferred to IELTS IDP account. I talked to the the IDP customer care services they said your exam is not booked and registration is not done. Kindly revert my money to my account. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
