Idp Ielts — toll free number not working/no resolution

Hi
I’m trying to reach to customer care through toll free number and most of the time number not in service and rest of the time no one is picking up. I have filled
The form of ielts and exam date is coming closer and accidentally selected general test instead of academic test but no one is helping me to get my queries resolved their toll free number not working no one is replying to my mails

Its urgent plz call me on my no.
My passport number is T5091826 today about 50 days going but i can't receive my result i am very disappointed by this system it will ruin my life this will be also effect my future please declare my result
