[Resolved] IFB — AMC Issue

Hi, I called IFB service centre for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) which they attended and collected the cheque in the name of IFB Industries Limited on[protected]. This cheque got cleared on[protected], but they say there is no record of this transaction and my Washing machine is not covered for AMC. Even after providing proof with the Receipt and the cheque clearance they are denying it after complaining several times. Few of the complaint numbers are 12707236, 13618605.
