[Resolved] IFB Appliances — Issue still not resolved by Service Head and Branch Manager | |
I purchased a Washing Machine through Amazon, and since I purchased a machine I am getting unwanted noise from the machine. As always I logged many complains to IFB and their one of the Engineer Named Alpesh who is from Ahmedabad, had put some kind of packing from board through which the noise stopped coming. Somehow later on I came to know about this and still the noise persist. I had called the Local Higher Authority but he is not convince about the defect in the product. Last Friday they changed the motor due to which additional noise started. And again I had to call customer care each and every day to get an update on this but no luck. Fed up of IFB appliance. Even their Engineers denies to visit and examine the issue for 2 hours. And they say they don't have time for this. Is this a joke? Even their Branch Manager says this is normal. Well i would like to understand whats the definition of normal is for the branch manager. Because, I don't see any normal thing in this. Was this information helpful? | |
