[Resolved] IFB Appliances — Unprofessional servicing by IFB | |
This is with regard to the washing machine Elena SX 6KG 800RPM with serial number[protected]. The drum was not rotating and it was serviced by Mr. Akhil of Smart care services, Cochin on 06/10/22. Many components including motor MCU was changed amounting to Rs.4800/- but after two weeks again the drum has stopped rotating. When we called the same service person, now he is saying that there is an issue with the motor and has to be replaced. This is extremely unprofessional as we already paid a large amount to rectify the problem and still it is unrectified. I hope IFB would provide proper training to its engineers so that they do not randomly change parts of the machine and charge the customer with hefty sums of money.
